Squirrel

October 30th, 2018

Distraction depresses me. I start on one project and then, bam, something shiny. I rush off to see what it is and then, I've started another project without finishing the first project.

Like right now, I am trying to be very proactive with my Fine Art America site, trying to get more traffic to my site and getting sales. So, I thought maybe I should edit some of my art on here, clear out some of the blugh, and maybe write a little blog to show people who this artist is ... but no.

I have a tab for my Pandora (which I go to constantly to look at lyrics or the name of a song that just came on) and I'm shopping for a desktop computer. Then there are the email tabs, Yahoo and Gmail. I was on Facebook but I had to get myself away from that because it is far too SQUIRREL! Then there's the smart phone ... SQUIRRELLLLLL!

I'm sorry if you clicked on this blog hoping to learn about photographing or painting squirrels. I'm just trying to work through this block and defeat the distractions. And I know, I should just turn off the phone, get away from the computer and all the interwebbies, but that doesn't work either. I end up taking a nap.

Just checked my Facebook.

Is there a pill for this? Like an ADD pill but without the side-effects? A new tab is born ... I Googled pills for focus and found an article that is maybe a page long. It will take me an hour to finish it. But this paragraph grabbed my attention.

NALT (N-Acetyl-L-Tyrosine)
Amino acid called L-Tyrosine is a precursor of dopamine, but the supplement known as NALT has an additional chemical structure bind (N-Acetyl) which increases the compound’s bioavailability, i.e. enables a better absorption of L-Tyrosine. NALT has been proven to be a perfect supplement that helps the consumer preserve cognitive functionality in extremely stressful situations where the mind and body suffer exhaustion. Study conducted on cadets proved tyrosine reduces the blood pressure and improves cognitive performance after extreme strain (in this research, cadets went through one week of a combat training course). Side effects are not dangerous. They include headaches and even migraines (usually consumers who already suffer from migraines), which is linked to poor tyrosine metabolism. It comes in forms of focus pills, tablets, capsules and powder.

Maybe I'll try that. Anywho, if you're still reading this, God bless you!! I'm off to Google NALT pills and see where I can get them!
